This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Liquid Snow and Ice Control Organic Based Performance Enhancer, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Supply and deliver liquid snow and ice control organic based performance enhancer (liquid magnesium chloride / low molecular carbohydrate or an approved equivalent) that meets and/or exceeds specifications. |
