This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Authorized Contractors: Kitchener Utilities Rental Water Heater Program as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City invites qualified, experienced bidders to respond to this RFQ to establish an authorized network of Primary Contractors for installation and servicing of water heaters under the Kitchener Utilities Rental Water Heater Program. |
