This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Strategic Lease Opportunity of the Williamsburg Cemetery - Crematorium, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Prospective respondents are invited to submit proposals for the lease of The Williamsburg Cemetery, Crematorium, located at 1541 Fischer-Hallman Road, Kitchener. Through this lease the City is expecting to migrate all expenses and services over to the respondent to run the operation independently of the City. |
