Description:  The City is seeking a qualified geotechnical consultant to conduct appropriate geotechnical investigations and supply engineering design reports to aid in the overall design of the various projects contained in the City’s Full Reconstruction Program and the Road Rehabilitation Program for one (1) year with an option to renew for two (2) additional one year terms.
