The City is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive winter maintenance services for the Cowan Recreation Centre (the “CRC”) facility located at 1955 Fischer-Hallman Road, Kitchener, Ontario. Services shall be provided on a seasonal, all-inclusive basis for the winter season running from November 1 through March 31 of each contract year. |
