This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply and Delivery of Production Equipment, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts is a vibrant and dynamic cultural space in the heart of downtown Kitchener. The Manfred and Penny Conrad Family Foundation generously donated the Conrad Centre to the City of Kitchener in 2021 to support performing arts in the community. The City is revitalizing the 24,000 square foot performing arts facility which features a 300+ seat black box-style theatre. As part of the revitalization project, the City is seeking to purchase some key production items that will support the performances that take place within the theatre. |
