The following is a general but not necessarily complete description of the scope of works to be constructed. The work required under this contract consists generally of new Asphalt Multiuse Trail and Concrete Sidewalk Infill Construction on predetermined city streets, any miscellaneous or other such ancillary work directed by the Engineer or City Representative. This contract is a unit price contract for the current construction season only. The successful bidder will be required to start the various works at times convenient to the Corporation. The Corporation accepts no responsibility for providing a continuous work program. Works not completed at the end of the current construction season will not be carried over to the following season under this contract. |
