The City of Kitchener intends to construct separated cycling facilities in the downtown. The Respondent is expected to complete the design, coordination, approval, contract document assistance for traffic signals and street lighting at all locations listed in the document. All design must be completed in accordance with the Region of Waterloo’s Design Guidelines and Supplemental Specifications for Municipal Services (DGSSMS), and the City of Kitchener Development Manual, along with any other relevant City and industry standards (CKSS, OPS etc.), and community plans. |
