This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply and Installation of Play Equipment at Carlyle, Glendale, and Mausser Park, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener is looking to partner for the design, supply and installation of play equipment at three (3) parks: Carlyle, Glendale, and Mausser Park in Kitchener, Ontario. The overall construction of the three parks will be completed by a general contractor and the successful playground respondent will contract directly with the constructor, executing their Subcontract Stipulated Price Agreement, with a targeted completion date of Glendale and Mausser Park of December 2024 and June 2025 for Carlyle Park. |
