| Description: |
The City of Kitchener is seeking a qualified geotechnical consultant to conduct appropriate geotechnical investigations and supply engineering design reports to aid in the overall design of the various projects contained in these two programs. It is the intent to complete the geotechnical investigations for the anticipated 2021 Road Rehabilitation Program, 2021 Laneway program and the 2023 Full Reconstruction/Laneway Program such that any unforeseen subsurface elements can be brought to light well in advance of detailed design and/or construction. The information obtained during these investigations and the engineering reports will be used by both City staff and other consultants during the overall design of the various projects.
