This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Direct Purchase of Natural Gas Administration and Consulting, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

Kitchener Utilities requires the services of a consultant to administer its storage and transportation contracts with EGI and provide consulting services related to the purchase of natural gas, direct purchase options, transportation contracts, and asset optimization.
