This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of: Consultant Services – McLennan Park, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The scope of work to be delivered will include the review of historical documents that capture the development context of McLennan Park, and assistance with procuring a multi-disciplined consultant team (Consultant Team) and working with the Consultant Team as the Owners advisor to support a defined body of investigative work and to develop recommendations.
