This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Teams Telephony and Compatible Cloud Contact Center Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The RFP is divided into two parts. Part A pertains to implementing Teams Telephony and Part B pertains to the contact center solution. Suppliers can respond either to Part A or Part B or both parts. It is the responsibility of the suppliers responding to Part B only to ensure that their system will work as per system specifications provided in Part A. Suppliers can work with other suppliers to provide a joint response for the services requested in the RFP. |
