The City of Kitchener (the City) is seeking the professional services of a qualified consulting firm to complete Facility Valuations for identified City facilities.  The scope of the work will include, but not be limited to:

i.  For each facility identified in Appendix A – Facility Details & Pricing Form, provide a facility Gross Floor Area (GFA) using BOMA Energy Star Standards – Appendix B (TOR) – Gross Floor Area: BOMA Energy Star Standards.

ii.  For each facility identified in Appendix A – Facility Details & Pricing Form, provide a Facility Current Replacement Value utilizing the new Gross Floor Area (GFA) calculated in (i) above. Facility Replacement Value methodology should follow The City of Kitchener Standard Facility Valuation Method – Appendix C (TOR) – City of Kitchener Standard Facility Valuation Method.
