The work is for site work improvements at: Uniroyal-Goodrich Park, 250 Guelph Street and Fenwick Green Park, 140 Fenwick Court, Kitchener, ON. The work at Uniroyal-Goodrich Park is phase 2 of the parks rehabilitation plan and includes revisions to existing elements (drainage, retaining, concrete curbing and play area access) and enhancements to existing surfacing areas; additional site seating; and bench, table, table and sign-post delivery and installation. The work at Fenwick Green Park includes installation of a drainage layer, concrete curbing, retaining and expansion of an existing play area with existing play equipment (to remain) in preparation for new play equipment (installed by others); concrete pad installation; and bench and table delivery and installation. |
