This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Fire Emergency Communication Centre Review, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The intent of this project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Kitchener Fire Emergency Communication Centre.  The review will assess workload, workflow, staffing resources, the impact of NG911 and future customer growth.   The Consultant will make recommendations on current and future state and provide a detailed report based on thorough research, interviews with internal and external stakeholders and best practice standards. 

This engagement will require the successful respondent to provide a final report by October 1, 2022.
