This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services for Strasburg Road South (Terminus to New Dundee Road) Construction, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of Kitchener intends to construct the Strasburg Road South extension from its current terminus, the round-a-bout at Robert Ferrie Drive to New Dundee Road. 

The Respondent is expected to complete the final design, coordinate all related project needs and construction RFQ of the new roadway, underground services, drainage and other related infrastructure. All design must be completed in accordance with the Region of Waterloo’s Design Guidelines and Supplemental Specifications for Municipal Services (DGSSMS) – most recent version, and the City of Kitchener Subdivision Manual, along with any other relevant City and industry standards (CKSS, OPS etc.), and community plans.
