This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Grand River Canoe Access - Otterbein Site Work as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The work involved in this contract aims to improve conditions and access to the Grand River, inclusive of in-water launching upgrades, trail improvements, standard and custom furnishings on new concrete pads, and general landscape upgrades. The City will only consider quotations received from Contractors who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
