This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Elevator Maintenance Partner, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City invites qualified, experienced respondents to respond to this RFQ for a Elevator maintenance partner. The Services performed by the successful respondent under the RFQ are to be provided in accordance with all applicable legislation, statutes, codes, regulations, instructions and industry standards. The successful respondent must follow the guidelines and standards of the governing body, which may be amended from time to time.

The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
