Rossford Crescent Reconstruction – Markwood Drive to Markwood Drive, extending over an approximate project distance of 530 meters. The work includes the replacement of the existing sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water supply system, roadway, curb and gutter, new infill sidewalk on one side and municipal service connections to the street property line. The work also includes upgrades to the stormwater quality system with a new “isolator row” and Oil Grit Separator (OGS) to be located along the Gzowski Park pedestrian access between Rossford Crescent and Gzowski Park. The scope of work also includes, shoring, dewatering, AC pipe removal, abandoned gas main (local) removal (incidental), management of excess soil, and temporary water supply, and intersection work at Markwood Drive. |
