This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Gas Monitoring Equipment Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking qualified and experienced gas detection experts to perform semi-annual gas monitoring, equipment calibration, certification, and verification of all interlocks and related safety devices. The respondent must also be available to respond to on call emergency situations. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
