This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide restoration and new construction contracting services for the RBJ Schlegel Park Phase 2: Heritage House Washroom Conversion Project as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This first stage will result in short-listing five firms as determined by the City. Short-listing will be based on the material submitted and will take the following into consideration:
The second stage of the process will seek submissions from invited respondents to a Tender which will be issued in late March/early April 2021. |
