The provision of appointment scheduling, quality inspections, preventive maintenance and repair, de-liming and infraction reporting, of residential water heaters, in support of the rental water heater program and also of commercial water heaters at City facilities. To be considered for this requirement a contractor(s) must sign the City’s Information Privacy Agreement with Contractors form, providing service through appointments scheduled for weekdays, evenings and Saturdays. As the work is important it must proceed in two (2) month cycles as stated in the Terms of Reference. |
