Description: 

The work involved in this contract is for improvements to existing pavers and street trees and supporting infrastructure within various areas that extend over an approximate total distance of 318 linear metres. The work includes, but is not limited to, the removal and either replacement or decommissioning of select trees within tree trenches, including concrete tree trench covers, growing medium and tree guards; removal and replacement of pavers; salvage and reinstall of existing up-lighting and irrigation equipment within tree trenches as well as signage and street furnishings. 

The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2008 agreement with the City’s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award.
