The City is looking to partner with a qualified security respondent for security services primarily at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex (KMAC) and other facilities managed by the City of Kitchener on as needed basis. Respondents must be licensed as per the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005 (Ontario Bill 159) and Employment Standards Act, 2000, its regulation and all applicable laws in conducting business services of guarding or patrolling for the purpose of protecting persons or property.
