This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Employee Family Assistance Program as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Current EFAP services to be considered from prospective proponents to provide assistance to employees and their family members, in accordance with the following requirements including, but not limited to:

• confidential booking and counselling services by trained, certified professionals;
• employee and family health and wellness seminars;
• crisis counselling;
• other services available to improve employee and family wellbeing (e.g. life coaching) and;
• management support for difficult employee situations, including direct referral process, mediation services and group trauma debriefing.
