In accordance with the City of Kitchener strategic plan and draft recommendations from the Cycling and Trails Master Plan, The City of Kitchener intends to construct separated cycling facilities in the downtown.

The Proponent is expected to complete the design, coordination, approval, contract document assistance for traffic signals and street lighting at locations listed in the document below.  All design must be completed in accordance with the City of Kitchener Development Manual and relevant community plans and documents.
