This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for a City Hall Service Centre booking and queueing system, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener will be introducing a centralized main floor service centre at Kitchener City Hall. The service centre will permanently relocate eight existing service counters on six floors to a new centralized, main-floor service centre where all in-person service can be delivered to the public in one accessible location. |
