| Description: | Supply all labour, equipment and materials to perform interior renovations on the 3rd floor of Kitchener City Hall, 200 King St. West;, Kitchener, Ontario, as per specifications and drawings. The successful contractor will carry out the work during regular work hours or on weekends as required to complete the work. The work will be performed in three phases as per specification. Each phase shall be completed prior to starting the next phase. The contractor shall allow one week between phases for movement of furniture and equipment by City forces. |
