This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Q23-046 - Westchester Park - Asphalt Court and Pathway, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is looking to partner with a qualified Contractor to perform the scope of work which includes, but it not limited to creating a new full sized basketball court and pathway within Westchester Park located at 173 Westchester Drive, Kitchener, Ontario. |
