This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective contractors to submit quotations for Supply and Installation of Outdoor Winter Rinks Infrastructure, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The project involves the supply and installation of outdoor winter rink infrastructure at three (3) City of Kitchener parks. Each site will include a new Rink Shack with associated utilities, including water connection, mechanical systems, and a new lighting standard. The parks identified are Tremaine Park (100 William Lewis St), Greengable Park (1220 Greengable Way), and provisionally, Knollwood Park (175 Stirling Ave), all within the City of Kitchener. |
