This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”), Also, on behalf of the Grand River Cooperative Procurement Group (GRCPG.ca), to qualified and experienced prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of Excess Soils Management Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The successful respondent shall provide the equipment, labour and expertise required to analyze the soils and to secure the appropriate transport for final disposition of the excess materials stored at the Kitchener Operations Facility.
