This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Professional Services – Victoria Park Inventory, Assessment & Project Prioritization, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the“Deliverables”). The City of Kitchener required this inventory and assessment within Victoria Park to inform a better understanding of the overall current state of park infrastructure and allow for prioritization and planning of future capital and O&M works, as well as future park development and improvements. This work will form the basis of a Park Management Plan, to be appended to an overall Victoria Park Masterplan The Respondent is expected to provide a complete assessment of facilities and sub consultants may be required to capture the required detail.
