This is a notice only. The City has selected the integrated project delivery (“IPD”) method to design and construct a future mixed-use site in the downtown area which may include both a Fire Station and a Housing Development. It is the intent to onboard the core team consisting of the Prime Contractor and Prime Architect to kick the project off and onboard additional parties when appropriate. The intent would be to utilize CCDC-30 2018 as the agreement framework with negotiated supplemental conditions. The target date for the core IPD team assembly is July 1, 2025. The target date for Validation is April 2026.
