This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Council Chambers Conference System and Infrastructure Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City invites qualified, experienced, proven proponents to respond to this opportunity to successfully design, install, commission, warrant, and maintain, a state-of-the-art audio-visual (AV) and delegate system (i.e. speaker que, voting, meeting management, seating control, projector/display management, room control, seating management both premeeting and in-meeting, hybrid meeting ability, meeting management ability). The system should incorporate hybrid meeting functionality (i.e., participants are able to participate equitability in meetings, join speaking queue, raise hand functions, and vote) for the City’s Council Chamber. Other scopes of work include coordination with the City’s project team as required to support the overall project.
