  1. Description of the Works

 

            The following is a general description of the work:

 

          Rothsay Avenue Bridge Replacement – North of Rothsay Avenue and Matthew Street intersection

 

The work includes removal and replacement of the pedestrian bridge superstructure, multi-use path improvements from Rothsay Avenue to Victoria Street, asphalt removal and replacement, and earth regrading.

 All work is to be completed in compliance with the MTO Structural Rehabilitation Manual, Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code requirements for this type of structures and applicable OPSS and CKSS.
