NOTE: This project has been cancelled and will be re-tendered in future Colliers Project Leaders Inc. has been retained by The City of Kitchener and The Centre In The Square (CITS) herein after called the Owner. Colliers Project Leaders Inc. is acting as Project Manager on behalf of the Owner and is seeking Architectural and Engineering Services. The successful proponent’s team will be retained by Centre In The Square to provide professional services to develop Pre-Design Services, Schematic Design, Design Development/Construction Documentation, Construction Procurement, Contract Administration, and close-out of the project. Colliers Project Leaders Inc. invites individual firms or consortiums of firms to submit Proposals for the above-referenced project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal document.
