The City requires the services of a general contractor to complete the area grading phase of the development of the South Kitchener District Park (SKDP). SKDP is a 17 hectare (42 acre) land parcel located at the southwest corner of Huron and Fischer Hallman roads. The current use of the property is agriculture with temporary facilities related to farming and aggregate extraction. The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC2-2008 with the City of Kitchener’s Supplementary General Conditions at the time of award. |
