For the rental of heavy equipment with no operators to the City as required. The City of Waterloo has expressed an interest to join this contract under the same terms and conditions presented herein, upon award by the City of Kitchener. After the City of Kitchener awards, the City of Waterloo will contact the vendor directly and set up their own contract.
