Description: 

The successful Contractor shall be prepared to respond and mobilize for regular and emergency callouts for sewer and stormwater repairs, working diligently on the repair until completion including restoration of existing conditions in accordance with City Standards.  Regular repair services are to be completed within one month of notification.  The contractor will be given a 30-minute window to answer emergency repair services calls and are expected to be on-site within one (1) hour of notification to start the repair works. The Contractor will be required to maintain 24/7, 365 days/year contact numbers.
