To supply a fully mobile vehicle rust control service for the purpose of spraying vehicles on site at the Kitchener Operations Facility. The City’s fleet department is ISO14001 certified. To maintain this certification, the lubricant proposed for the purpose of rust control shall be environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and cannot contain any solvents. The successful contractor must have a mobile lifting device that will accommodate vehicles of varying shapes and sizes up to the largest being extended chassis crew cab dual wheel pickup trucks. This service is on an “as required basis” as specified herein.
