The successful Contractor shall be prepared to respond and mobilize for regular and emergency callouts for sewer and stormwater repairs, working diligently on the repair until completion including restoration of existing conditions in accordance with City Standards.  Regular repair services are to be completed within one month of notification.  The contractor will be given a 30 minute window to answer emergency repair services calls and are expected to be on-site within 3 hours of notification to start the repair works.  To facilitate this requirement, the successful Contractor will be required to maintain 24/7, 365 days/year contact numbers.  It should be noted the Contractor will be working on emergency repairs outside normal business hours.  Regular repair services also may need to be scheduled afterhours depending on the customer impacts.
