The City of Kitchener (the City) is seeking qualified waterproofing contractors to be pre-qualified to act as a sub-contractor to the General Contractor for the waterproofing replacement at the podium deck of the outdoor areas at  Kitchener City Hall, 200 King Street West, Kitchener, Ontario.
