This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Snow Blowing of Cul-de-Sacs, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking qualified and experienced contractors for supplemental snow removal operations. Contractors will be responsible for providing snow blowing equipment to clear cul-de-sacs in designated zones across the City. The City is divided into nine (9) zones, each containing approximately 50 to 60 cul-de-sacs. The City intends to outsource five (5) of those zones. The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”). |
