This is a cooperative tender lead by The City of Kitchener. The participating agencies as follows: The Township of Wellesely, The Grand River Conservation Authority and The Region of Waterloo. Supply and maintain all associated equipment and provide Hd5 propane in cylinders and in bulk tanks and supply alternative vehicle / trailer mounted propane equipment refilling sites within the Region of Waterloo. |
