Description: 

The City is seeking traffic analysis services to collect and report traffic data, including volume, speed, and classification, at approximately 350 locations using Automatic Data Recorders (ADRs) and up to 20 locations using Turning Movement Counts (TMCs) during the spring and/or autumn of 2025.

The City will only consider quotations received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
