The City is seeking a qualified contractor to complete localized structural, waterproofing, and architectural repairs throughout the Duke and Ontario Parking Garage at 33 Ontario Street North, Kitchener. The contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, protection, and coordination necessary to perform the repairs while keeping the garage operational.
