This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kitchener (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Natural Gas Mobile Leak Survey, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Successful bidder will be responsible for conducting a mobile leak survey on approx. 1000 km of gas mains and 1,100 km of gas service lines (up to and including the meter sets).
