Description: 

The City of Kitchener (City) is seeking to retain Professional Services to complete a second State of the Watershed (SOW) report for the Upper Blair Creek subwatershed.

This work will support components of the Secondary Plan for the anticipated development area west of Riedel Drive (Secondary Plan); expedited project delivery methods will need to be applied to complete the SOW report by April 1st, 2021.
