The City, on behalf of the Centre In The Square (CITS) and the KW Art Gallery (KWAG), is seeking a contractor to provide all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete interior alterations to the KW Art Gallery located at 101 Queen St. N., Kitchener, Ontario, N2H 6P7 in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The Bidder acknowledges that the City is acting as a liaison capacity. For the purpose of this project, the agreement will between the Centre in the Square and the successful contractor. The Centre in the Square will provide a purchase order and provide payment directly to the successful contractor. The Architectural representative (David Thompson Architect Ltd.) will approve payment as they are acting as agent for the Centre in the Square. |
